Delivering on his commitment to support and develop the Sports sector of Borongan City, Mayor Dayan Agda backed the Borongan Football Club in its quest to compete in the Futsal 5v5 Battle of Champions Women’s Open at Burauen, Leyte that eventually saw the team winning the Championship amidst a very tight competition against different Champion Clubs all over the province of Leyte.
Team Manager Cesar Amago, in his Facebook post, thanked the good Mayor for his support that helped Borongan FC snag the coveted Championship.
